The Petitioner prays that Respondent No.2 Deputy Director of Education, Pune, may decide the pending proposal dated 12.07.2023, seeking approval to the transfer of the Petitioner from 40% aided to the 100% aided establishment w.e.f. 15.06.2023.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the pending proposal dated 12.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders on it's merits by
