By this application, applicants seek to condone delay of 65 days caused in fling Appeal.

Perused application and reasons as stated therein. Delay appears to have been occasioned on account of administrative exigency. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. Hence, following order:
