After disinclination is shown to grant relief of any nature and when specifically asked as to whether the petitioner has approached the competent authority, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make appropriate application to the concerned authorities. In view of the said submission, the criminal writ petition stands disposed off. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority to make appropriate application of his requirement and if such application is made, the concerned authority to consider it on its own merits.
