Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Anirudha Usmanpurkar waives service of notice for respondent No.3. He submits that respondent Nos.1 and 2 are formal parties and, therefore, issuance of notice to them is not necessary. 3.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 72 days caused in filing the first appeal.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 strongly opposed the application and submitted that there is no sufficient reason to condone the delay.

Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice as the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. Hence the following order:

Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. b.

The delay of 72 days caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned.

Fix the First Appeal before the ensuing Maha Lok Adalat scheduled on 13.12.2025.
