The present application is filed for quashing the FIR.

Mr.Salunke, learned counsel submits that the parties have settled the matter. The mother of the complainant has filed affidavit. The complainant is minor aged 17 years. The learned counsel submits that the complaint is filed due to misunderstanding.

We have perused the affidavit filed by the mother of the complainant. The complainant is also present before us. The complainant also accepts that the complaint is filed due to misunderstanding. The mother of the complainant accepts the contents of the affidavit. She is
identified by Mr.Wakure, advocate.

The applicant and the complainant are young boy and girl respectively. They are students. The families of the applicant and complainant know each other and treat each other as members of the family, as per affidavit filed and as stated by the complainant before us.

Considering the complaint, so also the affidavit filed before us, we accept the said settlement.
The Crime No.754/2015 dated 13.10.2015, registered with Police Station, Mukundwadi, Auragnabad for an offence punishable U/s 354 of the I.P.C. And U/s 67-B(c) of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 is quashed and set aside.

The Criminal Application is disposed of.
