PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

It appears that, the proposal of the petitioner for approval to his appointment as Assistant Teacher on successful completion of three years period as Shikshan Sevak, is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur since 1st September, 2013.

We direct the Respondent No.2 to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within four weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner and also to the Respondent Nos.4 and 5. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
