Learned counsel for the applicants states that the delay caused in bringing LR's of deceased respondent No.1D on record is satisfactorily explained. According to him there is no intentional or deliberate act on the part of the applicants not to bring LR's of deceased on record in time.

None for the other respondents despite of service of notice. This indicates that these respondents are not inclined to oppose the application.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application delay of 1720 days caused in filing application to bring LR's of deceased 64.ca16155.22

respondent No.1D on record stands condoned.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. Amendment to be carried out within a week.
