ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard.

The crime is registered for the offences punishable under sections 136, 138 and 150 of Indian Electricity Act, 2003. Present applicant No. 1 is the Contractor and applicant no. 2 is the Junior Technician of the company itself. Allegations are made that five transformers were illegally erected when there was no authorization and permission in that regard and probably that material is of company, but there was no record to show that the material was released by the company. In view of these
Cri. Appln. No. 6970/14 allegations, the crime came to be registered for aforesaid offences and the applicants came to be arrested. 3.
The applicants are behind bars since 8.12.2014. In view of nature of allegations and as police must have completed the investigation and as no bad antecendents are there against the applicants, this Court holds that bail needs to be granted to the applicants.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicants are to be released on bail on their furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) by each of them. They are not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. They are not to commit similar offence.
