Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By these Petitions, a prayer has been made to direct the competent authority to release the amount to the Petitioners - Gram Panchayats.

It is contended that the works assigned to the Petitioners - Gram Panchayats, have been completed. However, despite completion of the work as per the sanction by the competent authority, the amount is not being released.

In view of the aforesaid, these Petitions are disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.1 to consider the prayer of the Petitioners - Gram Panchayats and take an appropriate decision within a period of two months. In case the Petitioners are found to be entitled for the release of the funds, the same may also be released in favour of the Petitioners.
