There are no changed circumstances. It is the grievance of the applicant that without verifying merits of the case, this court had earlier rejected her application for grant of anticipatory bail. 3.

In a way, this is an application for review of the earlier order and not filed on the basis of any change in the circumstances. No apparent error is found in the earlier order as it was passed on the first information report.
