The validation proceedings are pending since the year 2013. The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the validation proceedings would be decided within six (6) months.

The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are served, none appears for them.

The Respondent Committee shall decide the validation proceedings within six (6) months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5.2.2018.

Till the validation proceedings are decided,the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
