This petition impugns the order passed by Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nashik Region, Nashik, below Exhibit-5. 2.

Interlocutory order is challenged in this petition. Taking into consideration the subsequent development that elections of the managing body of the trust have taken place and new managing body has been elected, this Court, at this stage is not inclined to entertain the petition on merits. 3.

Writ petition is therefor disposed by directing the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik, to decide Inquiry Application No. 3/2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
