On instructions from the District Sports Officer, Ahmednagar, Smt. Bhagyashri Bile, who is present in the Court, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the respondent has suggested name of Mr. T.B. Jadhav (Retired District Judge) as a arbitrator.

The learned advocate for the applicant has no objection to the name of Mr. T.B. Jadhav (Retired District Judge). The learned advocate for the applicant has given name of Mr. C.D. Fakir (Retired Chief Engineer, PWD State of Maharashtra), as arbitrator.

It is not in dispute that the arbitral tribunal which decides the dispute between the parties is of three arbitrators and two arbitrators to be appointed by the parties will appoint third arbitrator on the panel.

The application is therefore allowed.

Shri. Mr. C.D. Fakir (Retired Chief Engineer, PWD State of Maharashtra) and Shri. T.B. Jadhav (Retired District Judge) are appointed as arbitrators to decide the dispute between the parties.

6.

The arbitrators shall commence the arbitration proceeding by following prescribed procedure and decide the dispute in accordance with law.
