Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire deposited compensation amount.

The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body submits that only 60% of the compensation amount is deposited as per the order of this Court. He further submits that the appeals are filed only in the respect of grant of interest from the date of notification. In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon by furnishing the usual undertaking before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The application is accordingly disposed of.
