The learned Advocate for Respondent No.2/ Corporation submits that the outstanding salary amounts of the Petitioner have already been deposited in this Court. He further submits that the Petitioner is at liberty to pray for leave to withdraw this amount, since the said amount is towards the payment of the arrears of his salary.

As such, we permit the Petitioner to withdraw the said amount under proper identification of the learned Advocate and by tendering an attested copy of the Adhar Card and the latest address proof while filing the application for withdrawal.

The learned Advocate for the Corporation fairly submits that the service book and other documents of the Petitioner, keeping in view that the Petitioner would be superannuating on 30/04/2024, would be prepared for the purposes of the pensionary benefits with the cooperation of the Petitioner. The aforesaid statement is recorded. 4.

This Civil Application is disposed off.
