The petitioner is challenging the orders dated 29.11.2013 and 06.12.2013 passed by respondents 2 and 4 regarding seniority list. Learned AGP raises preliminary objection that alternative remedy is available before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In the light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.
