If petitioner tenders application claiming refund of amount on account of his failure or prohibition in respect of excavation of sand during the licensed period, within a period of two weeks from today, the appropriate authority i.e. the Collector shall consider the same in accordance with the provisions of the scheme and policy of the State Government, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application and, shall pass appropriate order.
