This Civil Application is for seeking permission to amend the title clause of the Contempt Petition as contempt petitioner is expired on 08.11.2022 during the pendency of the Contempt Petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. Title clause of the Contempt Petition be amended within four weeks from today thereby incorporating the names of the applicants as legal representatives of the deceased contempt petitioner.
