Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

We direct the Tahsildar, Taluka and District Aurangabad, to transfer the application of the Petitioner dated 13.07.2023 to the competent committee which would look into the grievances as regards the 7/12 extract, within four weeks. Thereafter, the competent committee would issue notices to all the stake holders and follow the due procedure laid down in law for conducting a hearing. A reasoned order be passed within ninety [90] days from the date of appearance of the parties. 3.
