We have heard Mr. Shah, the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/state.

The petitioner has already taken up the proceedings under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act and same are pending.

In the light of that, we do not find it appropriate to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
