This is an application for recall of order dated 21.06.2022, condonation of delay and for restoration of the writ petition to its original position.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored to its original position subject to removal of all office objections within a period of four (04) weeks from today and payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two thousands only) to the High Court Bar Library within a period of two (02) weeks from today. Failure to remove the office objections within stipulated period,
