1) The applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing restoration applications, for setting aside the orders of dismissal made due to default and for grant of stay.

2) Learned counsel Shri. H.D. Deshmukh has appeared for original claimants, respondents.

2 CA 692 of 2016 3) Learned counsel Shri. Deshmukh makes statement that he has information that the compensation amount has been deposited.

4) In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. The orders of dismissal of the proceeding in terms of the order made by this Court dated 24-4-2015 are set aside. The matters are restored. In the original proceeding it is to be presumed that delay is condoned. Notice. Learned counsel Shri. Deshmukh waives notice for original claimants.
