Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition.

He further submits that

(Order) (2) Contempt Petition No. 0893 of 2018 inadvertently certain documents are not placed on record to submit that the petitioner has filed fresh proposal in view of the order of this Court dated August 14, 2012. He further prays for liberty to file a fresh contempt petition.

The contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
