The applicant is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No.8 Badraban Mittal, who admittedly died on 19.09.2020, by condoning the delay of 1032 days.

Though the application is opposed, but considering right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) to be deposited with Registry of this court for utilization of High Court Dispensary within two weeks.

The necessary amendment be carried out after
