12.12.2018 P.C. :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length. It appears that the petitioner had appeared for the examination which has been conducted on 18.11.2013 which according to him had been defectively conducted. He purports to refer to application of petitioner annexed to the petition as Exh.I at page No.51 and urges to declare the examination as cancelled. Perusal of the petition reveals that it was a three months course and examination had been held, according to the petitioner before completion period of three months. It is not coming forth clearly as to whether there were any further grievances beyond what the petitioner is claiming. Since four years already are over, substance in the petition gets depleted with the passage of time. Decision in circumstances, would not be able to retrieve the situation. The writ petition, therefore, is disposed of as infructuous.
