17TH JULY, 2015 ORDER:
1.
Learned counsel for the parties state that a letter had been issued by the respondent-bank on 10-06-2015 and that the dispute between the parties has been resolved on those terms. Mediation has also been accordingly stated to be successful and petitioner refers to report dated 18-06-2015. Learned counsel for respondent does not dispute said position.

In view of aforesaid, lis between the parties is disposed of in terms of said letter dated 10-06-2015.

Award, if any, be drawn accordingly.

Mr. Ashtekar, learned counsel for the applicant in civil application therefore seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this court pursuant to aforesaid letter dated 10-06-2015. Learned counsel for original petitioner-respondent in civil application on instructions communicates no resistance to request under civil application.

In view of above, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and the applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount along with interest accrued thereon.

Writ petition as well as civil application stand disposed of accordingly.
