Having considered the reasons as stated in the application, delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making delay. Consequently, the sufficient cause is made out. Hence, application is allowed. Delay of 95 days in filing appeal, is condoned. Appeal be registered.
