Heard the learned Counsels for both the sides. 1.

An interlocutory order is sought to be challenged in the present petition. After hearing the learned Counsels, this Court has expressed disinclination against the petitioners. The learned Counsel for the petitioners on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate the ground and the objections raised in the present petition at appropriate stage as well as at the stage of Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
