Heard the learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 & 2.

The respondent No.3 despite service, remained absent. There appears large delay of 2000 days. However, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the impugned award was passed in the year 2016, but the amount of compensation was deposited in the year 2020.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications. 4.
As such, for the reasons stated in both the applications and considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 2000 days in challenging the impugned award is hereby condoned
2 947 ca 3482-22 subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said period.

The appeals be placed for admission subject to removal of offce objections, if any.
