The learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 5 to 7 submits that now the learned Additional Collector, Latur has passed order dated 20.06.2023 in appeal pending before him bearing No. 2022/ROR/CR-223. Since the challenge in the petition is to the order of remand passed by the learned Additional Commissioner and now since the appeal is already decided after remand, this petition has become infructuous.
