Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. Kazi, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, for some time. 2.

Dispute between the parties essentially is in respect of the ownership of Survey Nos. 101 and 102 situated at village Nitur, Taluka Nilanga, Dist. Latur. During the course of argument, it was brought to my notice that Civil Application No. 15942/2015, seeking amendment in the revision application to add Paragraph Nos. 8A to 8F by way of clarification. The other side has no objection for grant of such amendment in the revision application.

In view of the submissions made by both the parties, Civil Application No. 15942/2015 is hereby allowed.

The applicants to carry out necessary amendment within one week and supply copy of the amended revision application to the respondents thereafter within a period of one week.

5.

List the civil revision application after three weeks.
