We have considered the averments in the petition indicating a financial difficulty faced by the petitioner institution. On these premises, the petitioner has requested the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad vide the application dated 3rd February, 2022, to grant permission to the petitioner to dispose of some properties of the trust, which are described in the application. The said application is pending adjudication. It is, therefore, prayed that an order to decide the said application expeditiously, would be necessary. 2.

Having considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP, we find that the request of the petitioner could be accepted for the reason that the

28 WP.12959.2022.odt applications seeking permission to dispose of the properties, are not time consuming. The financial burden on the petitioner is said to be growing day by day. If the application is decided expeditiously, the petitioner would be at liberty to deal with the property appropriately, in the event permission is granted.

As such, this petition is disposed off.

We request respondent No.2 to decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 3rd February, 2022, on or before 31st March, 2023.
