Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. Earlier on the matter was getting adjourned as the counsel appearing for the respondent - Corporation had expressed his inability to continue his appearance. However, thereafter, long time intervened and no appearance is being caused on behalf of the respondent. Learned

2 C.A. 5643.2015 in S.A.304.1992 counsel for the applicants points out that the delay has been caused in bringing L.Rs. of the appellant on record for the reasons as have been referred in para Nos. 2 and 3 in the Civil Application. Having regard to the reasons contained in said paragraphs, it appears that the delay has been sufficiently explained.
