The learned Trial Judge allowed the application below Exh. 5 against the petitioners who are defendant Nos. 1 to 5. The said order came to be challenged by the petitioners by filing Misc. Civil Appeal. The said appeal also came to be rejected. Both the Courts have mainly considered that, the revenue entries show possession of the respondents on the land Gat No. 462.

It is the case of the petitioners that, in fact, the plaintiff owns land Gat Nos. 461 and 462. While taking the entries in the revenue record, it is mistakenly taken by the authorities.

In view of the same, this Court is not impressed by the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioners. This Court does not find any substance in the writ petition. The writ petition therefore stands dismissed. No order as to costs. 5.

Since the suit is of the year 2021, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the same as early as possible and preferably within a period of one (01) year from today.
