I have heard the learned Advocates for the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 1 and 6. I have perused the impugned interlocutory order dated 09/08/2019 passed below Exhibit 5 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 02/2019 and Regular Civil Appeal No. 102/2018.

After considering the submissions of the learned Advocates, I expressed a view that the two appeals could be expedited.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The appellants in both the appeals shall submit their private appeal paper book on or before 31/01/2020. Thereafter, the litigating sides would proceed to advance their oral submissions as the appeals will have to be considered on the basis of the record and proceedings in RCS No. 48/2015 which has been decided by judgment dated 29/03/2018. Thereafter the Appellate Court would deliver its judgment in both the appeals, on or before 30/04/2020.
