The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 / original Decree Holders, on instructions, submits that the possession of the suit property has been delivered to the Respondents / original Decree Holders in the execution petition and as such, the cause for filing the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of the above, since this writ petition has been filed against the order passed by the Executing Court issuing the possession warrant has been rendered infructuous, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
