It appears that the accused persons i.e. the present applicants before the trial Court when pointed out by the injured witnesses, told their names.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants submits that in-fact the victim was unable to identify the assailants.

Since this issue will have to be appreciated on merit, at this stage, finding the alleged motive behind the incident and the nature of the injuries, the applicants cannot be released on bail. The Application is therefore dismissed.

Since the appellants would be in jail, hearing of the Criminal Appeal No.868 of 2015 is hereby expedited.
