Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 30 days condoned in filing civil application for restoration of Second Appeal Stamp No.178 of 2019 and setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 11.09.2019, which was a conditional order for removing office objections.

Heard learned Advocate Mr. A. R. Joshi for the applicant. 3.

Taking into consideration the fact that now the applicant - appellant is ready to remove the office objections and also the fact that he is 60 years old person, with the duration of the delay; the delay stands condoned. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 11.09.2019 is hereby set aside.

Office objections be removed by the applicant - appellant within a period of four weeks from today.

If office objections are removed, registry to verify and register the second appeal.
