Considering the challenge in the appeal and finding that the 50% of the amount under the award is deposited in this Court, the present applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court upon furnishing the solvent surety. The applicant is further allowed to withdraw the rest of the deposited amount upon furnishing bank guarantee continued till the disposal of the appeal, of any nationalized bank. .

The application is accordingly disposed of.
