The petitioner is seeking abashment of the land acquisition award dated 7th November, 1977.

Even according to the petitioner, as mentioned in the petition, already this court had permitted him to withdraw the earlier writ petition bearing No. 6834 of 2010, with liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy, by order dated 16.1.2019. 3.

Petitioner is misusing the process of the Court, inasmuch as, for the self-same reliefs, he has filed the present writ petition. 4.

At this juncture, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition by tendering an apology, with liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy. 5.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
