The learned AGP places on record a copy of the communication dated 19.12.2023 received by him from the District Civil Surgeon, Beed. The same is marked as "X" for identification.

It is apparent from the communication "X" that the Petitioner'

s bills are not disputed. It is informed that as soon as

(( 2 )) 955-WP-15424-2023 the funds are available, the bills of the Petitioner would be cleared without delay. Rs.72,74,602/- are the dues. 4.

Considering the above and the fact that the unpaid amount is not disputed by the Civil Surgeon in the communication "X", we direct Respondent No.2 to pursue Respondent No.1 and ensure that the amount is delivered to the Civil Surgeon. We direct that the amount shall be paid to the Petitioner in four equated monthly installments from 05.02.2024 as the date for payment of the first installment and further three installments shall be paid on or before the 5th day of March, April and May, 2024. 5.
