By an earlier order, the petitioners were granted leave to amend this petition. The said amendment has been carried out. 4.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed thereby permitting the petitioners to amend the contempt petition. Leave to delete deceased respondent No.1, is granted. Amendment and deletion to be carried out on or before 15.07.2022. Freshly typed amended copy of the petition also be placed on record on 15.07.2022 and copies be served on the learned Advocates for the respective sides 5.
