We have heard Mr. S.V. Adwant, learned Advocate for the applicants. He submits that the applicants have now decided to take up the cause before the Apex Court and as such, the judgment and order of this Court dated 22.09.2021 passed in writ petition No.6250/2020 be stayed for a period of four weeks.
