PER COURT :- 1.

The Petitioner prays that she should be considered from Category-1 for the inter-district transfer, instead of from the general category. Her husband is suffering from a locomotive disability.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the applicant will have to file an online application. An earlier application was filed by her, in which she has categorically mentioned that she should be considered for transfer from the

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that a fresh online application will be tendered to the Zilla Parishad, shortly by following the due procedure.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that if an online application is tendered and the same is in order, it would be considered by the Zilla Parishad on its own merits. 5.
