The petitioner's grievance is that though he had filed an application seeking TDR or compensation in respect of the land acquired by the Municipal Corporation, Jalgaon, he was informed that there were some deficiencies in his application and, therefore, he was asked to cure off those deficiencies. According to the petitioner, he cured off those deficiencies and

WP 12657/16 - 2 - informed the Corporation in June, 2014. His grievance is that thereafter no decision has been taken by the Corporation. This being the only grievance in the petition, the respondent no.5 - Corporation is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 15.4.2010, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks. The petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
