The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that since a complaint filed on 03.08.2023 in the light of the GR dated 07.04.2021 is pending before the Zilla Parishad, he prays for a decision on the said complaint.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the complaint would be dealt with by following the due procedure laid down in law and shall be decided within a period of 60 days. 3.
