This application is filed seeking withdrawal of remaining 40% amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body. 3.

Learned advocate for acquiring body strenuously opposed the application stating that 60% amount is already withdrawn by applicant and therefore, this application may be rejected.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw remaining 40% amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, on condition that applicant shall furnish solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
