The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, now Government has issued Government Resolution dated 27.12.2018 whereby pensionary benefits are also accorded to the petitioner. The respondents shall accord pensionary benefits to the petitioner in tune with the G. R. dated 27.12.2018 within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
