These applications are for withdrawal of amount and for bringing heir of sole applicant/claimant on record. First appeals are already decided vide order dated 15.02.2018. That time applicants were alive. By the time the respondent/acquiring body deposited the amount and original claimants were to withdraw the amount, they were no more. They died on 03.09.2020, 21.09.2017 and 21.05.2018 respectively. Present applications are filed by the heirs of the deceased applicants along with legal heir certificates.

It is desirable to allow these applications and permit them to withdraw the amount. The applicants are permitted to bring themselves on record by carrying out necessary amendment. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The applicants are also allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest. The civil applications are disposed of.
