Though the petitioner has ingeniously drafted the petition calling upon us to issue a writ of mandamus to the respondent - Deputy Director of Education, the representation and the genesis is the alleged illegal termination of the petitioner, for which a forum is available in the light of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977.

The Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the remedy.
